Up for sale is a used late 2019 model Carrier Comfort Pro APU unit with evaporator, condensor, fan, electric heater, all wiring and lines and inverter (Complete system no parts missing). There is a local shop here that can mount the "engine only" to your frame for 0. I don't know the hours on it but it was only used for 8 months so its in Immaculate condition  and there is still warranty left on it. This unit retails for 00 brand new and ,500 installed.
