Description:
This step attenuator is a perfect accompaniment to test equipment allowing signals in the range  from 100 KHz to over 100 MHz to be attenuated up to 20 db in 1 db steps.
The attenuator reduces in a controlled manner input signals allowing them to be better examined or compared.
This unit uses precision resistors to achieve a consistent attenuation across the 1 - 20 db range at 50 Ohms making this an ideal unit to have for test bench use.
Please Note:
The attenuator is not suitable for reducing transmitter output levels, use in such situations will destroy the device.
Constructed in accordance with good RF design principles, utilizing low capacitance switch mechanisms and quality precision resistors.
Available in three variants, complete with case, supplied as PCB with top acrylic shield, and as a populated PCB only
