PowerLogger10 multimeter is a power quality troubleshooting tool, as well as a high-performance precision instrument for laboratory use, service and training. With a display range of 300,000 counts, as well as outstanding accuracy and long-term stability, it fulfills all requirements for use in calibration and R&D laboratories. The instrument can be utilized on-site for precision maintenance and calibration tasks thanks to battery operation.
Power Measurement Range (W, VAR, VA) from 0.001 W to 10,000 W with resolution down to microWatts. Measuring method allows for waveshape independent RMS measurement (TRMS AC and AC+DC) up to 100 kHz. It is equipped with a function for acquiring and recording power disturbances which is unique amongst the handheld multimeters. This allows for simultaneous, continuous recording of voltage characteristics and event-triggered recording of voltage dips (> 10 ms) and voltage transients (> 0.5 μs).
Precision Energy Recording including Watt-Hours, Power Factor and VAR-Hours. Design features include a low burden voltage internal current shunt, wideband response and wide range of measurement. These features are ideal for measuring power consumption of electronic loads with intermittent sleep modes and distorted waveforms.
Precision multimeter (V, dB, A, W, F, Hz, F, °C/°F, V), Momentary, minimum and maximum measured values on a triple display. Overload Protection: The instrument is safeguarded for up to 600 V in all measuring functions by overload protection. An acoustic signal is generated if the upper voltage or current range limit is exceeded. FUSE appears at the display if the fuse for the current measuring ranges blows.

Electrical Safety: Automatic Blocking Sockets (ABS) prevent incorrect connection of measurement cables and inadvertent selection of the wrong measured quantity. This significantly reduces danger to the user, the instrument and the system under test, and in many cases eliminates it entirely. Measuring Category IV up to 300V, category III up to 600V.
Includes the IR to USB adapter and the factory original DranWin software. I was able to make the software work on a WindowsXP laptop but no guarantee if it will work on other OS’s.
The original DKD calibration certificate is also included.
The meter operates about 70 to 100 hours from two AA Alkaline batteries. The meter also has a provision to be powered from an external AC to DC power supply. Which is supplied in this auction.
This meter model is private labeled from GOSSEN METRAWATT in Germany and sold in the US under the Dranetz PowerLogger 10 name. The equivalent model sold in Europe is the
GOSSEN METRAHIT 29S
